On 28–29 May 2025, META Circularity joined partners of the North Adriatic Hydrogen Valley (NAHV) at their second Annual Consortium Meeting, hosted by the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia in Trieste. The event brought together close to 100 delegates representing 37 partners from Slovenia, Croatia, and Italy to review progress on industrial testbeds, policy initiatives, and education-related activities.

META Circularity plays a key role in the initiative’s communication and education efforts, supporting stakeholder engagement and capacity-building for the hydrogen workforce of tomorrow. Together with the Universities of Rijeka, Ljubljana, and Trieste, as well as partners GITONE and ECUBES, META Circularity contributes to the development of vocational training programmes, micro-credentials, and interdisciplinary educational initiatives that will launch in the 2025–26 academic year.

The Annual Meeting also marked the growing momentum of the NAHV ecosystem, with updates on 17 industrial pilot projects, stakeholder advisory activities, and the launch of newly funded initiatives such as H2Ready and NASCHA, both of which build on the foundation established by NAHV and its investment platform NACHIP.

META Circularity is proud to be part of this ambitious, cross-border effort to accelerate the hydrogen transition in the Northern Adriatic region.
