This service is appropriate to both start-ups and other young companies, seeking an outside view on their development challenges.
We offer two, up to 90-minute diagnosis workshops which bring out topics that will help you understand all aspects of your business. You will be asked to prepare for the first workshop, what will include a short presentation and a short self-assessment questionnaire. Between the first and the second workshop you may be asked to carry out some homework.
After the workshops you will receive a 1-2 page report with our recommendations and targets to follow on your path to success.

III. SHORT ADVISORY SUPPORT PROGRAMME

This service is appropriate to first- or second-round start-ups, as well as other young companies and SMEs in general, seeking support to their development challenges.
The basis for this programme is a 2-3-page self-assessment questionnaire which we send you to fill out. It concerns topics on product, sales, finance, marketing, branding, legal issues and your business model in general.
After you send us back your questionnaire, we will prepare a draft advisory programme tailored to your needs and expectations that will be validated and agreed on the first workshop. We will organise a three 60- to 90-minute – workshop with selected experts. Each workshop will require some additional preparations for the core team included in the programme.
At the end of the programme you will receive a 2-3 page Expert Recommendations Report to accelerate your growth.
After your evaluation of our expert feedback, you can contact us for a free one-hour consultancy within the next 12 months.
It is highly recommendable to undertake a Short Advisory Programme after having passed a business model diagnosis, which actually provides much more accurate inputs than the 2-3-page Self-Assessment Questionnaire that you will fill in at the beginning and makes the first workshop already fully operational and focused on your needs.
